Piave is a cooked curd cheese with a compact structure and a delicate, pleasant flavour. In the “Piave Fresco”, the characteristics are not yet distinct and fully developed; it is a cheese that improves with age, developing an increasingly intense and full-bodied taste. The fragrance of this cheese is reminiscent of yogurt and milk, with a prevalently mild flavour.
