Der Piave DOP-K\u00e4se wird in Italien, in der Provinz Belluno, dem n\u00f6rdlichsten Teil der Region Venetien, hergestellt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dieses Gebiet wird von einigen der ber\u00fchmtesten und eindrucksvollsten Gipfel der Dolomiten beherrscht<\/strong>: vom Pelmo bis zum Civetta, vom Cristallo bis zum Antelao, von Tofane bis zum Marmolada, „magische“ Berge, zu deren F\u00fc\u00dfen sich uralte W\u00e4lder und gr\u00fcne T\u00e4ler mit vielen Weiden erstrecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Berge, die von der UNESCO zum Naturerbe der Menschheit geh\u00f6ren<\/strong> und als „eine der sch\u00f6nsten Berglandschaften der Welt“ gelten (Unesco-Bericht 2009). In der Provinz Belluno gibt es auch zwei Naturparks, den Naturpark der Belluno-Dolomiten und den Naturpark der Ampezzo-Dolomiten.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n

    Faszinierende Gebiete, reich an biologischer Vielfalt, in denen die Anwesenheit des Menschen durch traditionelle land- und forstwirtschaftliche T\u00e4tigkeiten stets die Erhaltung eines nat\u00fcrlichen Gleichgewichts garantiert hat, von dem das \u00dcberleben des Gebiets abh\u00e4ngt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Piave ist ein Name, der tiefe Suggestionen hervorruft, die mit historischen Ereignissen verbunden sind, ein legend\u00e4rer Fluss, dessen Quelle sich auf dem Berg Peralba im Herzen der Dolomiten befindet<\/strong>. Auf einer kurvenreichen Strecke flie\u00dft der Piave in Richtung Talsohle, zuerst in Cadore und dann im Belluno-Becken, zwischen Belluno und Feltre, wo der Fluss langsamer flie\u00dft, bis er am Fu\u00dfe der venezianischen Voralpen in der Provinz Treviso auf die Ebene trifft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Kein anderer Name k\u00f6nnte den wichtigsten typischen K\u00e4se von Belluno besser bezeichnen als Piave. Er ist das Ergebnis der K\u00e4setradition des Landes, das von dem alten Fluss durchquert wird und wo die f\u00fcr seine Herstellung bestimmte Milch gesammelt wird<\/strong>. Der Piave-K\u00e4se hat den intensiven und vollmundigen Geschmack dieses Landes, der sich mit der Reifung verst\u00e4rkt und in seinem Geschmack eine besondere Note bewahrt, die ihn absolut einzigartig
