L\u2019evento che si propone come un\u2019esposizione-mercato del cibo ricca di cultura enogastronomica e consapevolezza etico-sociale si svolger\u00e0 dal 23 fino al 27 ottobre.<\/p>\n<p>Ci saranno circa 1000 espositori che accoglieranno produttori, artigiani e appassionati dell\u2019agroalimentare di qualit\u00e0 provenienti da tutto il mondo per rappresentare la diversit\u00e0 agroalimentare di ogni continente.<\/p>\n<p>Quest\u2019anno l\u2019edizione sar\u00e0 dedicata all\u2019Arca del Gusto, nata allo scopo di catalogare i cibi a rischio estinzione e all\u2019agricoltura familiare.
