Wild hop and Piave DOP Vecchio cheese omelette

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 100 g wild hops (young shoots)
- 50 g grated Piave DOP Vecchio cheese
- salt to taste
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then pour the mixture into a non-stick pan. Cook on a low heat for about 5 minutes, then turn and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve.
