- 1 garlic clove
- 1 spring of parsley
- 1 glass white wine
- Salt, pepper, EVO oil to taste
- Base of the flan:
- 75 g plain flour
- 75 g butter
- 250 g milk
- 5 eggs
- 100 g Piave DOP Fresh
- 50 g Piave DOP Vecchio Selezione Oro
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Fondue:
- 125 g fresh cream
