Venison, fresh fruit and Piave DOP Mezzano cheese salad

  • 400 g venison fillet
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 orange
  • cubed Piave DOP Fresco cheese
  • salt to taste


Cut the fillet into regular cubes measuring 2×2 cm. Brown very quickly in a pan over a high heat so that the meat remains red inside.
Serve at whim with fruit and Piave DOP cheese.
